FAQ

Do I need my own Claude subscription?
Yes. This service provides the hosting infrastructure. You authenticate with your own Claude account via claude login.
Do I need a Termius subscription?
No. The free tier of Termius is all you need. You can also use any other SSH app — Termius is just what we recommend for the best mobile experience.
What if my instance is asleep?
Instances auto-sleep after 30 minutes of inactivity to save resources. Tap “Wake Instance” on your dashboard before connecting — it takes about 30-90 seconds to come back online.
Can I connect from a computer too?
Absolutely. Your email includes SSH config for desktop terminals too. Connect from any device with SSH.
What happens when I cancel?
Your instance runs until the end of your billing period, then is terminated. Data is not recoverable after termination.
Can I get a new SSH key?
The download link is one-time use. Contact support if you need a replacement key.
